Your Pets Are ESSENTIAL… and we’re OPEN to serve!

As COVID-19 continues to dominate the headlines, we are doing everything in our power to #FlattenTheCurve and decrease the spread of Coronavirus. We’ve developed and implemented a protocol to keep everybody healthy and still offer care to your family’s 4-legged members. Here is an outline of the procedures currently implemented:

  • We are doing “Curbside” appointments only at this time.
  • Our current procedure is that clients should call us from their car when they arrive for their appointment – we will take information over the phone and then bring their pet inside for the doctor to do their examination.
  • Once the examination is complete, the doctor will call the client to discuss their findings and make any recommendations. The client will speak with a receptionist to pay their bill over the phone, then a staff member will bring the pet, the receipt and any medications and/or food back to the client.
  • Our teams have committed themselves to strict personal sanitation techniques to include frequent hand washing and proper respiratory etiquette as outlined by the CDC.
