About Us

North Kenny Veterinary Hospital has been committed to the health of your pet since Dr. Richard Headlee opened the practice in 1958. In 1969, Dr. Dennis Swenson joined the practice followed by Dr. William Goode who entered the partnership in 1988. After more than 30 years of serving clients in the Columbus area, Dr. Swenson recently sold his portion of the practice to Dr. Diane Ott. Our valued clients will continue to receive the same superior level care they have come to expect from Swenson Veterinary Hospital, albeit under a new name.

We are glad that you and your pet are part of the North Kenny Veterinary Hospital family. You can expect to see a familiar, friendly face whenever you visit the clinic – it is our goal to provide compassionate, personalized care for all of our clients and their pets.

We know your pet is an important member of your family because we’re pet owners ourselves. That’s why we practice only the highest-quality veterinary medicine. Our years of experience in caring for pets, along with the use of the latest veterinary medical technology mixed with care and concern, make us uniquely qualified to treat your best friend.

Most of all, we look forward to working with you to keep your pet healthy, now and for years to come. The bond between you and your pet is strong; it is our goal to strengthen and preserve that bond through excellent, compassionate veterinary care.

North Kenny Veterinary Hospital offers comprehensive health exams, immunizations, pet dental care, diagnostic care such as radiology, microchipping, and various
types of surgery. Boarding is also available.

The management and staff at North Kenny Veterinary Hospital thank you for visiting our site. We look forward to serving you and your pets for years to come.
